Sheet Metal Precisely Formed
State-of-the-art CNC-controlled press brakes are used for the production of complex sheet metal components through bending or folding. We rely on experienced and well-trained press brake operators who are specifically trained as construction mechanics. This enables the production of highly complex components. The use of automatic bending centers ensures a high degree of repeatability and guarantees maximum productivity.
Conventional Bending
In die bending or folding, the sheet metal is bent through a controlled downward movement of the press beam. The flat sheet is pressed by an upper tool into a V-shaped lower tool (die) and thereby formed in a straight line. The back gauges ensure precise positioning of the workpiece.
The materials to be processed range from stainless steel to aluminum, steel, brass, and copper.
Bending length: max. 3000 mm
Automated Bending and Folding
Angle sensors for automatic checking and correction of the desired bending angle, combined with very high axis dynamics, offer maximum precision. Setup processes are quick and precise thanks to the support of optical setup aids.
Through intuitive machine control and programming, combined with multiple operating modes, the time from design to finished part is kept as low as possible.
The use of film-coated material and rotary bending tools also produces scratch-free bends with maximum dimensional accuracy.
