Reel-to-reel etching
Our continuous reel-to-reel production facility allows for the production of etched, metallic continuous strips. The finest structures and contours are precisely formed from thin metal sheets. The manufacturing process is characterized by excellent reproducibility and the tightest tolerances.
Simple industrial further processing
The metal strips, up to 800 meters long, wound on reels, are particularly favored in industries that already have a high degree of automation in their further processing. For example, the etched parts can be selectively coated or placed at their final point of use via “Pick & Place”. These methods are often used in medical technology and the automotive industry, for instance.
Through additional markings, numbering, or coding, our etched products can, for example, be processed further without disruption and automatically.
Precise metal parts in continuous strips
The reel-to-reel etching process enables the production of thin metal parts in continuous strips. The etched parts wound on reels can be separated during further processing at the customer’s site or fed to the next processing steps by defined cutting to length. The thickness of the metal strip to be processed ranges between 25 µm and 400 µm.

Our standards are industry-leading
We operate in the world of tightest tolerances, hundredths of a millimeter, finest structures, thinnest metals, and most complex geometries. We etch custom metal components in industrial large series while adhering to the tightest tolerances.
We strive for the highest customer satisfaction through excellent quality. To ensure this, our processes are continuously monitored and further developed through strict quality controls.
