Using our modern machinery, we produce high-quality and cost-effective CNC stamped parts and stamped-bent parts in small batches or large series. We can offer laser cutting, stamping, forming, and thread forming in a single program run, saving you valuable time and money.
A fully automated high-bay warehouse handles the supply of raw materials to the machines and the provision of blanks to the various processing stations. We are aware of the increasing quality requirements for surfaces; therefore, we offer a wide range of surface treatment processes from a single source, including painting, deburring, wet or dry surface grinding, straightening, etc.
Stamping Systems

Our 2D fiber laser processing center is also connected to this storage system.
The highly automated process ensures a fast and stable workflow. Downtime can thus be reduced to a minimum. Processing time is decreased by the high cutting energy of the fiber laser, which also enables the processing of non-ferrous materials such as copper or brass. The working area of 3,000 × 1,500 mm expands the range of applications for special use cases.
To ensure the conservation of the environment and resources, great importance is placed on effective material utilization through the use of nesting software.
To protect scratch-sensitive materials or for products with high surface appearance requirements, film-coated material is used.
