The mechanical press-fitting or riveting of fasteners is the optimal solution. Nuts, screws, rivets, and bolts are precisely pressed into the pre-drilled openings and remain permanently in place. This is particularly advantageous for relatively thin sheet metal. Another benefit is that the reverse side of the material remains almost untouched.
The process is primarily characterized by high positional accuracy and cleanliness. Automatic feeding systems enable efficient processing. Quality control is integrated into the system. We would be happy to recommend the optimal solution to avoid quality losses.
