20 times thinner than a hair
We define precision metal foils as having thicknesses < 10 µm (= 0.01 mm).
Our thinnest metal foils are 0.002 mm (2 µm). A human hair is 0.04 mm thick. This means our precision metal foils are up to 20 times thinner than a human hair.
We manufacture precision metal foils for highly specialized applications to customer specifications. Small quantities from 100 g can be produced.
