Our Commitment
Sometimes it is attention to detail that makes the difference. Or the way you approach a task—with calm, experience and the determination to truly understand things. For us at Wickeder Group, this means designing materials and processes so that they remain reliably dependable over the long term: technically precise, economically sound and resource-efficient.
Our commitment is always to find the right solutions—not the loudest. We listen, think along and work consistently on improvements that offer real added value for our customers and partners. For us, commitment means taking responsibility—for what we do and for what results from it.
Innovation and Technology Leadership
Progress does not happen by itself. It is always the result of experience, curiosity and the willingness to question what already exists. That is why, at Wickeder Group, development and production teams work hand in hand—across locations, time zones and disciplines. Together, we continue to develop materials and processes until they precisely meet our customers’ requirements.
For us, it is not about the newest, but about what fits: technologies that simplify processes, conserve resources and ensure quality. Every innovation is a tool for us. It is not an end in itself, but a means to make solutions even more precise, stable and sustainable.

Quality and Precision
Good results do not happen by chance. They are the outcome of clear processes, precise workflows and a team that knows exactly what it is doing. At Wickeder Group, quality is therefore not a buzzword, but an integral part of daily work—measurable, documented and reproducible. Our production operations work to certified standards and with complete process control.
For us, quality is a clear target. We think in workflows, tolerances and materials—and ensure that every part meets expectations before it leaves the plant. This is how precision is created: not to impress, but to convince.
Think sustainably. Act responsibly.
For us, responsibility and sustainability do not begin with projects, but with the daily decisions in every process. That is why we work only with partners for whom sustainable raw materials, fair working conditions and respectful treatment of people and resources are a matter of course. We use raw materials efficiently, deploy energy purposefully and close material loops. Wherever possible, we use recycled materials and renewable energy sources—without compromising the quality of our products.
Our facilities are designed for high recyclability and low losses—conserving resources is not an add-on, but an integral part of our technical planning. For us, producing responsibly means not only keeping an eye on the result, but also on the path to get there.
We are currently preparing our sustainability report, which we will publish shortly.
Think globally. Strengthen locally.
We think globally, but we act locally. With our production sites in Europe, the Americas and Asia, we are internationally positioned, but it is important to us that we are also rooted in the region at each of our locations.
This connection is part of our self-image. We want to be globally capable without losing sight of local responsibility.
That is why we invest in jobs, training and long-term partnerships, helping to strengthen the regions in which we operate.
Integrity is the foundation of our actions. We comply with laws, regulations and ethical standards—everywhere we operate. For us, compliant conduct is more than a duty. It is the respect we show to our employees, partners and society.
For us, leadership also means setting an example. That is why we expect everyone who bears responsibility to have a heightened awareness of fairness, transparency and reliability. In this way, we build trust internally and externally and ensure that all decisions remain understandable and correct.
