What is laser cutting manufacturing?
We offer a wide range of state-of-the-art laser cutting processes, using both fiber and UV lasers. The computer-controlled, customized fiber laser focuses a high-performance laser beam onto the metal, melting or burning away the excess material until the desired component is created. The UV laser uses ultraviolet light and offers higher precision and better cutting results for various materials than conventional long-wave cutting machines. Laser cutting ensures a high-quality surface finish and can be applied to a variety of metals and materials.

Thanks to state-of-the-art laser equipment, we achieve an outstanding combination of edge quality, tolerances, and feature sizes with openings as small as 15 micrometers.
The fiber laser produces precise cutting edges without burrs and without heat generation. Laser cutting with fiber lasers is ideal for prototype projects, as it is a cost-effective, fast, and versatile process.
Suitable materials include most metals, with the exception of aluminum, brass, and copper.
UV lasers have shorter wavelengths than visible light, which requires a very short, focused laser beam for highly precise cutting. In addition to the low temperature of the workpiece, the high-energy photons contained in ultraviolet light enable UV lasers to be used for non-metallic and various other materials.
The UV laser cuts metals, non-metallic insulating materials, and other laminate materials. These materials include most types of stainless steel, copper, brass, Kovar, nickel, aluminium, blue-tempered steel, Invar, Mylar, Kapton, and Nomex paper.

Our standards are industry-leading
We operate in the world of the tightest tolerances, hundredths of a millimeter, finest structures, thinnest metals, and most complex geometries. We etch custom metal components while maintaining the tightest tolerances in large-scale industrial series.
We strive for maximum customer satisfaction through excellent quality. To ensure this, our processes are constantly monitored and further developed through strict quality controls.

Hybrid precision parts that are not available anywhere else on the global market
We develop custom precision parts every day, with our group of design and process engineers working together with customers to develop prototypes and series products. All products are custom-made to meet customer requirements and specifications, including compliance with DFARS and RoHS regulations. These fast, cost-effective processes with low tooling costs offer excellent production alternatives to traditional manufacturing methods for high-volume metal parts and prototyping.
Micro Component
Precise processes result in a wide variety of micro-components for technical applications. The Micro Component portfolio shows which product solutions can be realized using processes such as laser cutting, photochemical etching, and electroforming.
