Bending and press braking
For the production of complex sheet metal components by bending or press braking, state-of-the-art CNC-controlled press brakes are used. We rely on experienced and well-trained press brake operators who are specifically trained as construction mechanics. This enables the production of highly complex components. The use of automatic bending centers ensures a high level of repeat accuracy and guarantees maximum productivity.
Conventional Bending
In die bending, also known as press braking, the sheet metal is bent by a controlled downward movement of the press beam. The flat sheet is pressed by an upper tool into a V-shaped lower tool (die) and formed in a straight line. The backgauges ensure precise positioning of the workpiece.
The materials processed range from stainless steel and aluminum to steel, brass, and copper.

Automated bending and press braking
Angle sensors for automatic checking and correction of the desired bending angle, combined with very high axis dynamics, provide maximum accuracy. Setup processes are quick and precise thanks to the support of optical setup aids.
Intuitive machine control and programming, combined with multiple operating modes, keep the time from design to finished part as low as possible.
In addition, the use of film-coated material and rotary bending tools produces scratch-free bends with maximum dimensional accuracy.
