Our batch etching production technologies are used for medium production lot sizes and for fast, flexible orders. They can etch special metals and alloys, including titanium, nitinol, molybdenum, or aluminum.
High-precision etching technology
Batch technology is not only fast but also effective and cost-efficient. Tooling costs are very low, and designs for photochemical masks are created digitally within a very short time. This allows prototypes, small, and medium quantities to be etched quickly and cost-effectively. Materials processed include nickel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and copper alloys.

We have further developed our photo-etching technology to enable exact control of the etching process in the 3rd dimension. This facilitates the realization of complex geometries. Lead times can be drastically reduced in the production of grids and sieves. Special features and various opening shapes can be realized in individual grids without cost-increasing effects. We offer a decisive advantage in free structural geometry.
