Assembly
In our assembly department, simple and complex main assemblies are created, mostly from in-house manufactured parts, sub-assemblies, and purchased components. These can have purely mechanical functionalities but can also be expanded with electrical components. The customer determines the processing state in accordance with our existing processing qualifications.
Years of experience
Common component dimensions range from 100 × 100mm to 2,000 × 1,000 × 1,000mm.
Using joining techniques such as press-fitting, riveting, toxing, screwing, and gluing, small to medium-sized series are produced from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, their alloys, and non-ferrous metal products. Sealing work, the integration of ventilation modules, and electrical wiring are also among our services. Depending on the application, we rely on experienced employees from the fields of construction mechanics, metalworking, bodywork, vehicle construction, building installation, or plumbing. A functional test of the manufactured components can be carried out according to known standards (e.g., VDE) as well as on specially manufactured test benches.
