Our 2020 new addition: Salvagnini P2lean – highly efficient and flexible!

Since 2020, the Salvagnini P2lean 2120 has been a new addition to our team. This bending center, with its fully automatic bending cycle, only requires manual assistance for loading and unloading, making it a compact all-rounder. Universal bending tools ensure zero setup time and scrap, enabling efficient use from batch size 1 to large-scale production. Its sophisticated operating principle, including “auto-correction” for potential material irregularities, guarantees consistently high-precision results. The extremely energy-efficient P2lean allows us to achieve a high level of automation with an average of 17 bends per minute, and future plans include integration with a robotic system.
