Now new at SFA: surface finishing with the Lissmac SMD 123 RE

Our new Lissmac SMD 123 RE surface finishing makes it possible: grinding and deburring work is now performed efficiently and optimally in-house. The machine is suitable for processing steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, enabling high-precision surface treatment even for complex geometries. Cutting burrs can be removed, and all-round uniform edge rounding and a non-directional finish are easily achieved with two rotor heads. Components with deformations can also be perfectly processed with the new machine. The results in surface finishing are as impressive as the intuitive operation via touch panel, the separate activation and deactivation of the processing units, the continuously adjustable abrasive belt speed, and the short setup times.
